Disneyland is called the happiest place on earth and Asia has two. One is in Tokyo and another one in Hong Kong. It is located in a parcel of reclaimed land in Lantau Island on Penny's Bay which is far from the city proper and has a good backdrop of the sea and the mountains.
As in any other Disneyland theme parks in the world, the famous characters of Walt Disney are always ready to welcome visitors young and old alike. It is open from 10:30 am up to 9:00 pm. Entrance tickets depend on the package they one will avail. For more information, kindly log in its website to choose the best package.
The Main Street, USA is the main focal point of the theme park. It is where the action is. Stores and restaurants are all around. Parades and other gimmicks are done in this area. It is the main artery in reaching the sights and sounds of Hong Kong Disneyland.
A Disneyland will not be complete without the usual rides that children as well as adults enjoy. Children take delight with the amenities in the park. Adults reminisce their childhood and relish themselves with so much excitement.
There are also venues for presentations of worldwide animated films excerpts such as Mulan, The Lion King, Avengers, Frozen and other children's hits. Each presentation is a spectacle on its own. Performers, costumes, props, music, effects, etc. are testaments at how serious Disneyland in giving its patrons the entertainment they deserve and paid for.
The light show is a signal that the theme park is about to close for the day and what a way to treat the people with this electrifying and colorful parade of lights and Disney characters. It is a prelude to a fireworks display that can be seen from afar.
Whatever package one will get for a day of enjoyment, everything is worth the trip. It is a must to visit Hong Kong Disneyland once in anyone's lifetime. Once the pandemic is through, I would not wonder if the list of visitors will be long. After all, we all deserve to be happy and one of the best ways to do it is to visit the happiest place on earth.
